CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. No shows will not be allowed to book future appointments. LATE FEE: I have a grace period of 10 minutes. If you are more than 10 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be applied. If you are 15 minutes late (or longer), I may not be able to complete the service and may need to cancel your appointment and reschedule for a different day.
